Abby and I were watching the beautiful sunset tonight when I turned around in time to see a small coyote only 50 or so yards from us! That’ll get your attention in a hurry!
He/she was a bit smaller than Abby and took off when I shouted and stomped my foot. Was he checking Abby out for a delicious dinner or what? This critter was in the open, acting quite brave (or foolish) I thought. It wasn’t long before the comfort of my 9mm handgun was resting on my hip. Better safe than sorry, eh?
