On my way back to Michigan, I stopped to visit my sister for a few days in northern Arkansas. While there, after a night of heavy rain, we drove with friends up into The Piney Creek Wildlife Management Area in the Ozark National Forest Hoping to see waterfalls. We weren’t disappointed.
With my sister and brother-in-laws friend’s knowledgeable guidance, we found some beautiful falls along the way.
Randy, one of their friends, risked tumbling down the mountain to get this outstanding photo. Fortunately, he climbed back up the steep hillside without a scratch.

We also saw many wildflowers and redbud trees just beginning to show their Spring beauty. A great time in the woods that was enjoyed by all of us!
Awesome scenery!
